Paul is a dual-qualified lawyer and chartered quantity surveyor. Paul works exclusively with contentious construction law matters including extension of time and loss and expense claims, defects, variations, asbestos, true valuations, final accounts and termination.

Paul is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI) and the Chartered Institute of Builders (MCIOB). Other memberships include the Society of Contraction Law and the Adjudication Society.
